It’s Friyay everyone and I am very excited because I get to share with you guys whatever movie or series I would be watching. I also get to act like an expert in the movie world. Don’t judge me because I know you guys enjoy my movie recommendations.
I have a confession guys. I have been dragged into the Korean drama world and I’m loving it. I was really curious when almost every lady on social media were all gushing over Lee Min Ho and I decided to test a little toe into it but before I heard Jack Robinson, I was already underworld. Still, you are not allowed to judge me.
So let’s get today’s recommendation on track. I will be sharing and recommending 5 korean drama/series you can binge watch this Friday/weekend.
5 KOREAN DRAMA/SERIES YOU CAN BINGE WATCH THIS FRIDAY/WEEKEND
Some of this series are old and you know that I love old series. You can find some on YouTube and others via google search and it will take you straight to their site. Also, Netflix is your go to source.
1. LEGEND OF THE BLUE SEA
Shim Cheong (Jun Ji Hyun) is a mermaid who follows her one true love, a nobleman’s son named Kim Moon from the Joseon Dynasty, to modern-day Seoul. Moon’s modern doppelgänger is Heo Joon Jae (Lee Min Ho), a highly skilled scam artist who first becomes interested in Shim Cheong because of a jade bracelet worth $6 million that Shim Cheong wears.
With nowhere to go, Shim Cheong is taken in by Joon Jae, who also finds his con partners, Jo Nam Doo (Lee Hee Joon) and Tae Oh (Shin Won Ho), hiding out in his home from a vengeful past victim of their scams.
2. MURPHY’S LAW OF LOVE
An online matchmaker who believes she is cursed has her theories on love and life tested by a shrewd divorce lawyer.
This drama/series is very interesting and I love it so much. You can watch this series on YouTube on Vidol tv.
3. FABULOUS 30
The Series is a 2017/2018 Thai drama about a 30-year-old woman who gets dumped by her boyfriend and enters a relationship with a man 7 years younger than her.
Ja, a beautiful woman has everything a woman is supposed to dream of having; a successful career, a partying lifestyle, and a handsome sweetheart. On her 30th birthday, Ja finds her perfect life changed when her boyfriend wants to halt the relationship. Now, at thirtysomething, Ja accepts a happy single life until a new guy gets in her life and he’s 7 years younger than her.

4. THE KING: ETERNAL MONARCH
Korean emperor Lee Gon tries to close the doors to a parallel world which was opened by demons; a detective tries to protect the people and the one she loves.
The first 2 episodes will have you glued to your screen and I guess I’m now a huge fan of Lee Min Ho. You can watch this on Netflix.
5. THE GENERAL’S DAUGHTER
A story of three generations of love and betrayal, and how the sins of the past continue to haunt two families whose lives are destined to be intertwined.
