My energy level has been really dropping lately and I find it really difficult to be productive and achieve anything.
I’ve had so many ideas that I really want to make a reality by working on them one after the other but for some reasons, I couldn’t bring myself to doing anything .
Dealing with depression and anxiety for a while now. Just when I thought I had everything under control, it’s just like taking a 100 steps backwards.
This morning I came across a tweet about signs that show you need a break from everything and just focus on taking care of yourself.
6 SIGNS THAT SHOWS YOU NEED A BREAK

- Losing interest in things that you are usually passionate about and brings you joy. For me blogging brings me a lot of calmness and I’m passionate about it but lately I can’t say the same though.
- Short tempered and easy to provoke
- Taking everything personally
- Constant overthinking
- Emotionally Overwhelmed
- Always exhausted and tired
These has been my mood for a while and I’m really not in a good place but I know how strong I am. I can overcome anything.
Philippian 4:6 – Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Philippian 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
These two passages were what I was studying at dawn today and I feel a little spark of hope which is a step to healing.

Taking a break when you’re overwhelmed is so important! I took some time off my blog when I just found no love for it anymore (because I burnt out), and now I’m back and better than ever.

I have been losing interest in a lot of things lately.
We really do need to just take a break, breathe and just be in our own comfort zone and relax. When I started loosing interest in a lot of things, I realized I was doing too much and I needed to slow down.
