This issue was raise on one the page I followed on instagram and decided to share with everyone and also be able to agree with all these informations because I have been drinking lemon water in morning as part of my cleanse and detox drink.

The temperature of the water taken in the morning aids digestion by flushing out the digestive system of toxins in the morning and rehydration of the body. Adding lemon juice to warm water helps digestion because the greatest lemon water benefit is the water temperature.

Drinking enough water and adding a little amount of vitamin C boost like lemon are good ideas, but they are not magic and some claims about the benefits of lemon online have no genuine or scientific backing.

Lemon water only affects the pH level of urine and not the pH level of blood which means some food can leave alkaline or acidic ash in the body. Urine pH level is different from blood pH level.

Some are just things that worked out for people. I even saw one that went as far as saying lemon water breaks down fat and make one loose weight and I’m like really.
