Welcome back to day 7 of our staycation selclfcare post. How is everyone doing?
Today let’s talk about happily ever after, fantasy and love.
Let’s talk about prince charming.
It’s like a norm for the men to be the women’s prince charming or the knight in the shinning armor but is it same for the men as well? Can men too look forward to meeting their princess charming?
At a time in every woman’s life, we’ve all kissed one or two frogs in hope to find the perfect one. It’s just that in this case, the frog situations are actually heartbreak. Some are lucky enough to meet their prince immediately after kissing the frog while some might just have to Kiss lots of frogs before meeting the prince.
Every woman out there has once fantasized about meeting the right one. Her very own prince charming. The butterflies, the sparks, attraction, love and all that mushy feelings when we find the right one. It’s a norm when it’s the woman that is waiting for the man. It’s a norm when it is the man that has to be a certain way to meet up with out fantasies and imaginations.
What about princess charming?
Let’s leave Alexa Riley and Harley Quinn out of this discussion and talk about reality. Have you ever wondered what it’s like for a man to meet his princess charming? Like him literally waiting to feel all vulnerable, mushy, light headed, butterflies dancing in his belly, hair standing up on his skin, goosebumps and all when he meets the one.
Let’s imagine a white beautiful horse approaching and waiting to take the man in the ride of his life. Or a princess in armour, sword and her fighting gears ready to fight for her prince. Wouldn’t that be so cool?
Can the frog be the one looking for the princess? Can the beast be the one to go for beauty? Can the man be trapped in a love sleep curse and waiting for the kiss of love?
It’s funny right. So I just sat down and wondered why it’s prince charming alone and not and also princess charming.
What are thoughts on this? Please kindly comment and let me know what you think.
Let’s stay safe and hope for the best.
