It’s day 19 on blogmas and welcome back to my blog.
On today’s blogmas post, I will be sharing with you all 10 sitcoms I’m binge watching this holiday season.
I love sitcoms a lot. Laughter is good for the soul and sitcoms are a good way to make you laugh. I don’t think a day can go by without me watching sitcoms.
Oh, let me explain what sitcoms are. Sitcoms are a genre of comedy centered on a fixed set of characters who carry over from episode to episode. It’s a a situational comedy television programme may be recorded in front of a studio audience, depending on the programmeβs production format. The effect of a live studio audience can be imitated or enhanced by the use of a laugh track. During filming productions, the laugh track is usually pre-recorded.
Enough of the lecture on sitcoms and let’s get the countdown started.
“In no particular order, here are the 10 sitcoms I’m watching this holiday season”
THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL AIR
This is one of my favourite sitcom and one of the program that make me love Will Smith. RIP to Uncle Phil.
TWO BROKE GIRLS
This sitcom is hilarious. I love how it’s based on two girls trying to make it in New York as a waitress and their cupcake business. Max is my spirit animal ππ.
HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER
If you haven’t watch any episode, please do.
GIRLFRIENDS
I’m still looking for where I can binge watch this but it’s really hard to find. I pray Netflix brings this back. You need to watch girlfriends.
FRIENDS
I’m sure this is where I found my love for Jennifer Aniston and all of the cast. They are amazing.
FAMILY MATTERS
Here comes one of the sitcoms that made growing up fun and also made coloured television the best π. I love family matters. Steve Urkel made me love the show.
SISTER SISTER
Tia and Tamera ππ they made me love twins. The mowry sisters are awesome.
THAT’S SO RAVEN
Watching this show at some point, I thought I could see what would happen in the future. I thought having psychic power was so cool. I love raven.
TWO GUYS AND A GIRL
Ryan Reynolds has always been a talkative but most especially the most gorgeous and funny talkative. I used have a major teenage crush on him “don’t judge me” π€£π€£π©. This sitcom made my growing up fun.
LIVING SINGLE
πππππππ That’s how much I love this sitcom. I love when black people roast one another and still have fun and love for themselves. Queen Latifah is a natural.
Which did you watch growing up? If you are given an opportunity to binge watch 5, which five would you choose?

I love sitcoms. Seen all episodes of friends and fresh Prince of Bel air and still have them in fact. Wish I can lay my hands on the others. They are really relaxing for me now and it’s funny I hated sitcoms growing up , the background laughter annoyed the heck out of me π
