WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE MAKING A DETOX MIXTURE
- Knowing what you want to achieve
- What is good for your health
- Don’t go overboard
- Use what you have
- Exercise patience
When i listed “knowing what you want to achieve” It means what exactly ia your goal? Is it detox for fat, weight loss or just everyday good detox mixture for the body?
Make sure you don’t react to any. For instance, i know someone who can’t stand mint leaves.
Don’t do too much and don’t spend too much.
Make use of what you can find around and take it.
Laatly, exercise patience because Rome wasn’t built in a day.
WHAT I HAVE IN MY DETOX BOTTLE
- Lemon juice

I washed everything thoroughly and sliced into piece. Added enough clean water in my bottle and added all fruits. I waited for 12 hours to allow it steep.
